SETTING This campground is located adjacent to 90-mile-long Lake Koocanusa. It is an undiscovered treasure on the west side of the lake; opposite State Highway 37, and 7 miles north of Libby Dam. A short trail connects the campground to the swimming and boating area.
DIRECTIONS From Libby, travel 15 miles northeast on State Highway 37. Turn west on Forest Development Road 228 and follow for 10 miles to the site.
ACCESS Road 228 is paved and there is pavement throughout the site.
